TPC COLORADO FITNESS CENTER

Exclusive to Berthoud Heritage District residents and TPC Colorado Members, the Fitness Center features a variety of Technogym fitness equipment, classes and personal training. Members are integrated into our full wellness program that allows for tracking of workouts in the gym and out. The TPC Colorado Fitness Team offers specialty training specific to golf fitness.

FREE 30 MINUTE PERSONAL GYM ORIENTATIONS

Styled as a mini-personal training session, our thirty-minute gym orientation pairs you with one of our TPC Colorado Fitness Trainers for a full overview of the Fitness Center. Our trainer will walk you through all of the Technogym equipment in our gym and show you workouts on machines to reach your fitness goals. This personalized introduction will help to kickstart your fitness journey and familiarize you with all the Fitness Center offers.

GROUP CLASSES

The TPC Colorado Fitness Center is now offering group classes starting on June 6th! Use the form below to book! All classes cost $15.00 per class or $120.00 for a 10-pack of classes. All costs will be paid in the fitness center. Drop-ins are welcome.

Class Description: Our Golf Fitness class will focus on exercises and stretches that help to advance your golf game. Individuals who take this class will improve flexibility and mobility, add core strength and help to increase the power behind their swing | Every Monday and Wednesday from 8:00-9:00 AM | Instructor: Nic Bach
Class Description: Low impact does not have to be defined as low intensity! Expect energetic, rhythmic cardio combined with strength training intervals to create a fun, challenging, total body workout. Appropriate for all fitness levels. | Every Tuesday from 9:00-10:00 AM | Instructor: Kathy Ernsberger
Class Description: cYoga is a dynamic, physical style of yoga where each class is built to be more like a workshop than a regular class: hence the term cYoga Lab. Every cYoga class is different from one another and is based off of a physical theme for the class and then 4-6 peak poses for that class. The sequence is then built around the peaks in an inventive way that will help warm up the students safely with multiple prep poses for every part of the body used in the peaks. This will give the student the best chance of completing the peak poses successfully. The poses are held for 3-8 breaths, allowing the student to understand how each pose is supposed to feel, and each pose is linked to the next in a smooth flow. The other main component is the teacher’s roll during the class. Every cYoga teacher has been trained with at least 65 hours of their teacher training dedicated to hands-on-assists. Those assists play a crucial part in helping the students more rapidly progress their practice. cYoga is for everyone and each student should plan to work hard, be challenged, try something new, but also have fun. | Every Tuesday from 7:00-8:00 AM | Instructor: Nic Larsen
Class Description: Allow your nervous system to exhale and say YES to full body reset. Mindful, slow, therapeutic movements are the heart of this class. Myofascial release, gentle yoga, meditation, and breathwork are woven throughout the practice to leave you feeling recharged, renewed, and radiant. After class, you'll float off your mat, feeling more grounded and relaxed than you have in a very long time! Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM, Instructor: Kaity Holsapple
A class that incorporates strength and muscle building techniques for all skill levels and ages. This class aims to improve: posture, balance, flexibility and physical strength. Strength for life uses a multitude of varying weight equipment, which challenges the muscles to activate in hopes of decreasing the risk of: falls, athletic injuries, low back pain and body fat. | Every Thursday from 9:00-10:00 AM | Instructor: Christopher Harte
Class Description: SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and body weight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE! | Every Friday from 8:00-9:00 AM | Instructor: Cindi Meyer

Gerry Halverson has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years and has a passion for helping people improve strength, increase flexibility and build cardiovascular endurance. Gerry is an expert at golf-specific fitness training with several certifications from leading performance institutions and applies special techniques like Blood Flow Restriction training in his personalized approach to teaching fitness methods.

Nic Bach

Nic Bach is a licensed personal fitness trainer who specializes in strength and conditioning coaching and sports rehabilitation. Nic's passion for understanding how physiotherapy and fitness interloop led him to obtain a Masters in Kinesiology following his Bachelor's Degree in athletic training. He has held internships with both the Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Rockets and believes that engaging in functional movements and resistance training can help athletes of all ages and talents rise to their full potential. Nic is an avid golfer and understands the fundamentals behind golf fitness and how inefficient movement mechanics can affect playability and longevity in the sport. This dual approach to fitness training benefits his clients by not only focusing on their physical sports performance but also on recovery using holistic approaches. Nic holds several certifications that highlight his manual therapy skills which include trigger point massage, dry needling, cupping and more! In his free time, Nic loves hiking and exploring Colorado with his wife and dog and staying active by playing basketball, mountain biking and skiing.
