TPC COLORADO FITNESS CENTER
Exclusive to Berthoud Heritage District residents and TPC Colorado Members, the Fitness Center features a variety of Technogym fitness equipment, classes and training, available childcare for workout sessions and more. There are future plans for a spa and massage therapy practice inside the gym.
Heron Lakes residents are integrated into our full wellness program that allows for tracking of workouts in the gym and out. The TPC Colorado Fitness Team offer specialty training specific to golf fitness.
Personal Training
Heron Lakes residents have access to private or semi-private training options with certified instructors who have specialty certifications in longevity and wellness and a specialty focus in golf training. Our Fitness Trainers hold specialty certifications with the Titleist Performance Institute and National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Fitness Classes and Video Training
The Fitness Center offers regular group fitness class programming Monday-Saturday. Residents have access to Yoga, Bootcamp, Total Body Circuit, SOULfusion, Golf Fitness and more! The Fitness Center is continually adding new class offerings based on demand.
Massages/Treatments
Are you recovering from an injury or needing assistance to get the most out of your workout? The Fitness Center offers various Therapeutic Body Treatments and Massages! From vibration therapy to recovery massages, allow the Fitness Center team to help you get the most out of your fitness journey.

Monday-Friday: 5:00 AM-7:00PM
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Guest Policy | Guests are allowed for a $10/day charge, provided they are accompanied by a membership holding Resident or TPC Colorado Member. Family members under the age of 25 years with the same primary residence as a membership holding Resident or TPC Colorado Member have access free of charge.
