HISTORY
Heron Lakes at TPC Colorado has a longstanding tie to Berthoud agriculture. Part of the 850-acres of the TPC Colorado property now used for golf and recreation was once used for raising cattle and hay production through M&M Farms, Coors Brewing Companys partnered barley producers for the last 60 years. Berthoud Colorado is known as the "Garden Spot of Colorado" due to its agricultural history and in 1918 became the first city in Colorado to have a Fordson tractor. TPC Colorado's strong roots in farming and cultivation has inspired the Center Stage restaurant menu, refreshed often to bring in seasonal items and support Colorado agricultural businesses.
